The Health & Welfare technology Expo program will continue online on Tuesday, 10th November 2020, starting at 9:00 am.
In the morning we will get to know some solutions that promote the performance and well-being of different user groups in the Functional ability with technology webinar. The webinar culminates in an interesting keynote speech by Finland’s most measured man, Pekko Vehviläinen, “Can well-being, happiness and love be measured?” Come and join us in the tremendous potential of technology! The Functional Ability with Technology seminar is organized by the Satakunta DigiHealth project. The project is funded by the Satakuntaliitto – Regional Council of Satakunta (ERDF) and the municipalities in the area.
The afternoon’s Health Technology – Something New, Something Old, Something Borrowed seminar will present a completely new kind of technology under development, opportunities to increase the use of existing technologies and new operating models that utilize the technology. Come hear how you can leverage existing, new and old technology in a new way. The Hospital of the future as an innovation platform (ERDF) is responsible for the afternoon’s part of the Expo seminar.
Welcome to the PedaTori of the HyteOpe project to hear and share good practices in welfare technology teaching at 2 pm. At PedaTor, the project actors talk about the implementation of the project and the resulting practical implementation ideas for the teaching of welfare technology. More good practices and ideas are collected from the participants in the joint PedaKoppa. Registrations to PedaTori. PedaTori will be implemented on Teams. A link to registrants will be sent in week 45.
Satakunta University of Applied Sciences’ Simulation Centre for Health and Welfare is open for visitors through an interactive virtual tour. The tour lets you see 360 photos of different rooms of the Simulation Centre, including a hospital department, simulation room, operating room, Kokeilimo and two reflection rooms. The interactive tour was created by Santeri Saari, Anja Poberžnik, Sinikka Paukkunen and Kirsti Virta. More info about the Simulation Centre.
The event will continue at 5 pm with the evening extras of the Health & Welfare Technology Expo, when the exhibitors of the event will perform under the sign of an interesting program. Evening extras is implemented by the Satakunta DigiHealth project.
